Just the other week, we here at Volvo of Burlingame told you all about our favorite automaker's big redesign plans for the Volvo XC90. Exciting news in its own right, but nothing compared to the news that we've just caught wind of. Believe it or not, the new XC90 was just the tip of the iceberg. Lo and behold, Volvo has plans to significantly update just about every last new and used car at our dealership.

"This is the most extensive development of existing models in our company's history," says Lex Kerssemakers, Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Vehicle Line Management at Volvo Car Group. "Each of the enhancements is designed around our customers' needs. We have focused on quality and attention to detail in order to give these dynamic models a major boost and sharpen their competitiveness."1

That's right, folks, come 2014, our showroom might be unrecognizable from the one we have today. And while we'll give you more specifics in the future as we get them, Volvo's 2014 lineup includes exterior and interior revisions to the following models:

Can't help but be a tad curious about this development considering that some of the model-year Volvos on our lot were already significantly upgraded from last year's models. But then again, 2013 does mark the final year for the Volvo C30 and Volvo C70, so we had a hunch that big things were in the works for 2014.

Like we said, we'll keep updating you with specifics as they come to us, and if you'd like to hear more about what we already know, then feel free to come visit our parts department down here at 900 Peninsula Avenue in Burlingame, CA 94010 to get the full skinny on your favorite Volvo models. Take it from us: change is good.
